A training agency founded by Lihle Magwabe.

RRS is a brainchild of Lihle Magwambe, a very bubbly Youtuber, Content creator, Senior Accounting clerk and businesswoman. Lihle is originally from Eastern Cape and currently based in Johannesburg. She studied in the University of Western Cape and holds a BCom Accounting degree under her name.

“I started this company because I saw that one thing people are struggling with is unemployment, so I saw that gap and decided to be the middle man. I introduced tutoring also under the company because I love to share my knowledge with people. A lot of students struggle with Maths and I’m very good at it so I decided to be a personal tutor. Recently I expanded by hiring people to assist me as it gets overwhelming, and I have to also juggle work, “my 9-5”. The other reason I decided to hire people was due to the fact that I get academic assistance requests from Science students and I majored in Accounting so I definitely needed assistance in Science.

RRS is a recruitment agency based in Johannesburg which is existing to prepare job seekers for the world of work. Their vision is to be one of the best recruitment and training agencies in South Africa. Not only do they strive to be the best, but also to make sure that they deliver the best service. “We are focusing on achieving more growth and decrease the unemployment rate across the country”.

The challenges students face currently as schools are not operating like they were operating prior the pandemic needs not only teachers to deliver but parents and companies like RRS to intervene, hence one of RRS services is tutoring, an opportunity where graduates can sign up to assist in tutoring the struggling students mainly in Maths and Science, but not excluding other subjects where other tutors are experts on.

Currently RRS is approaching and leading conversations with employers who have opportunities to offer so they can be listed on their platform as they have a large database of candidates who are in need of employment, and these conversations may take time but it will eventually happen as the company has great potential to fight the unemployment rate which is the biggest challenge in our country. RRS is encouraging tutors to register on their platform, and inviting students who are struggling academically to reach out to them for assistance.
